INGREDIENTS:
1 packet of turkey mince.
Small white or red onion, finely chopped.
1 red chili finely chopped.
Small handful of coriander, chopped.
Raw egg.
Salt & pepper.
Oil for frying (preferably coconut).
Makes about 6 burgers
METHOD:
Blend all ingredients in a bowl with your hands (prepare to get messy!).
Take a small handful of mixture and flatten between your palms – place each burger on a plate until the mixture is gone.
Heat a few glugs of oil in a large, heavy-bottomed pan.
Add the burgers to the pan and cook on a medium heat until browned on one side; flip the burgers and cook the other side.
Serve with baked sweet potato chips and salad.
Alternatives/additions:
Place burger on a beetroot and sweet potato rosti instead of using a bread bun
