OVERNIGHT OATS (WITH A PROTEIN HIT)

INGREDIENTS:


  • 40g porridge oats

  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

  • Juice of 1/2 grapefruit

  • Juice of a whole orange


Toppings:

  • Handful of blueberries

  • 40g mixed ground seeds (hemp, flax and chia have the biggest protein hit)

  • Handful of chopped nuts (I like Brazils)

  • 2 large dollops of plain, live yoghurt



METHOD:

  • Freshly squeeze the citrus fruit and pour on to the oats and leave overnight in the fridge

  • Top with fruit and yoghurt, and sprinkle over the seeds for a delicious crunch.
