OVERNIGHT OATS (WITH A PROTEIN HIT)

INGREDIENTS:

40g porridge oats
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Juice of 1/2 grapefruit
Juice of a whole orange
Toppings:
Handful of blueberries
40g mixed ground seeds (hemp, flax and chia have the biggest protein hit)
Handful of chopped nuts (I like Brazils)
2 large dollops of plain, live yoghurt
METHOD:
Freshly squeeze the citrus fruit and pour on to the oats and leave overnight in the fridge
Top with fruit and yoghurt, and sprinkle over the seeds for a delicious crunch.
